Got Broadband? Yes? Then fine tune it with Broadband Medic

If you're a Broadband customer then we've got some great news for you. To help you get the most from your Broadband Internet connection we've created a self-help tool called Broadband Medic.

As a Broadband customer you can download it for free by clicking here. Once downloaded to your system, Broadband Medic will be there to help you with any problems you may have.

Once installed:

It will automatically detect and repair many internet or email connectivity issues

You can also access self-help tutorials when issues are not automatically identified

You can chat online to one of our technical support advisors using the 'Assisted Service' feature. This is great, should you need further help with a problem

Its Account Management feature allows you to fine tune your internet settings for optimum performance e.g. empty recycle bin or temporary internet files

There are tutorials and FAQs to learn more about ntl's broadband service and answer commonly asked questions. The content is always up-to-date as it's updated remotely by ntl: technical support to ensure information is accurate.
