What should I do if I want to add new services to my package?
The first and easiest way to do this is on-line. If you have access to the internet then you can now order our services online. Simply visit ntl.com, choose the services you're interested in, then follow the on-screen instructions.
Another way to add new services is to buy them using your Digital TV service. You can order selected additional NTL products such as Broadband using your Digital TV. All you have to do is press the interactive button on your remote control, go to the shopping section, select your new product, and then follow the on screen instructions. |
